Terms and conditons
1. Booking and Reservations
1.1 All chauffeuring services must be booked in advance through our official channels.
1.2 Reservations are subject to availability. We recommend booking at least 12 hours prior to your desired pick-up time.
2. Pricing
2.1 Our pricing is transparent and based on distance, duration, and vehicle type.
2.2 Additional charges may apply for extra stops, waiting time, or changes to the original itinerary.
2.3 All advertised fares are indicative and may change without notice, particularly during holidays or special events.
2.4 The fare provided at the time of booking is an estimate. Costs such as tolls, waiting time, or additional stops are not included in this estimate and may increase the total charge.
2.5 A 5% fee applies to all credit and debit card payments.
3. Waiting Time
3.1 Waiting time is charged according to the vehicle’s hourly rate. Charges may apply if a passenger arrives late.
3.2 Time spent waiting at additional stops may also be billed.
3.3 For airport arrivals, waiting time begins 60 minutes after flight arrival.
3.4 Unless agreed upon at booking, quoted fares do not include additional stops.
3.5 Additional stop fees cover up to 15 minutes of waiting; extra time may incur further charges.
3.6 Trips with more than two stops will be charged at an hourly rate.
4. Cancellation Policy
4.1 Cancellations for arrivals/departures must be made at least 10 hours in advance to avoid charges.
4.2 Cancellations for events must be made at least 7 days in advance to avoid charges.
4.3 Special vehicles (e.g., Mini Coach, Motor Coach, Tour Bus) require 7 days’ notice; otherwise, a 100% cancellation fee applies.
4.4 Late cancellations and no-shows will incur a 100% charge of the quoted fare.
4.5 Cancellations made 48 hours in advance can be processed via email at info@hslondoncars.co.uk. All other cancellations must be made by phone at +44 7984 529716 or +44 7473 610470.
4.6 No-shows will be charged 100% of the total trip, including if the chauffeur is already en route.
5. Vehicle Selection
5.1 Clients may select from a range of vehicles based on preference and requirements.
5.2 H&S London Cars reserves the right to provide a vehicle of similar or higher capacity if necessary.
6. Passenger Conduct
6.1 Clients and guests must behave courteously and respectfully at all times.
6.2 Any damage caused to the vehicle by passengers will be the responsibility of the client.
7. Delays and Changes
H&S London Cars will make every effort to adhere to the agreed schedule.
7.1 Clients must notify us of any changes or delays as soon as possible.
8. Safety and Compliance
8.1 All passengers are required to wear seat belts during the journey.
8.2 Smoking, illegal substances, and excessive alcohol consumption are strictly prohibited in our vehicles.
9. Liability
9.1 H&S London Cars is not responsible for delays or cancellations caused by events outside our control, including traffic, weather, or road closures.
9.2 Our liability for damage to personal property is limited to the cost of the service provided.
10. Complaints and Feedback
10.1 Clients are encouraged to provide feedback on our services.
10.2 Any complaints should be reported promptly to our customer service team at info@hslondoncars.co.uk.
11. Confidentiality
11.1 We respect the privacy of our clients. All personal information shared with H&S London Cars will be treated confidentially.
11.2 By booking with H&S London Cars, clients confirm they have read, understood, and agreed to these terms. We reserve the right to amend these terms at any time without prior notice.
